Article 1: Legal Notice

The editing of VTS Finance GmbH sites is ensured by the company VTS Finance GmbH, located at Gartenstadtstrasse 5, 3098 Köniz, Switzerland.

Article 2: Access to the site

The site allows the User free access to the following services:

• Information on insurance products (vehicle, home, liability).
• Information and private credit application.
• Simulations and financial service offers.
• Contact with the company.
• Consultation of real estate listings (buy/rent).
• Property valuation and brokerage services.

The site is accessible free of charge at any location to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at their expense.

Article 3: Data Collection

The site ensures the User a collection and processing of personal information in accordance with privacy and the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

The data collected (via contact forms or credit applications) is used for:

• Processing quote and insurance requests.
• Solvency analysis and credit granting (for the Private Credit site).
• Customer relationship management.
• Management of property visits and real estate transactions.
• Property valuation and real estate mandate execution.

Article 4: Intellectual Property

The brands, logos, signs as well as all the content of the site (texts, images, sound, code...) are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and more particularly by copyright.

The User must request prior authorization from the site for any reproduction, publication, copy of the various contents. They commit to using the contents of the site in a strictly private setting, any use for commercial and advertising purposes is strictly prohibited.

Article 5: Liability

The sources of information disseminated on the site are deemed reliable but the site does not guarantee that it is free from defects, errors or omissions.

The information communicated is presented for indicative and general purposes without contractual value.

Simulations: The results of credit or insurance simulators are only indicative and do not constitute a firm offer from VTS Finance GmbH.

Credit Granting: Granting a credit is prohibited if it leads to consumer over-indebtedness (Art. 3 UWG).

The VTS Finance GmbH site cannot be held responsible for any viruses that could infect the User's computer or any computer equipment, following use, access, or download from this site.

Article 6: Hyperlinks

Hyperlinks may be present on the site. The User is informed that by clicking on these links, they will leave the VTS Finance GmbH site. The latter has no control over the web pages to which these links lead and cannot, in any case, be responsible for their content.

Article 7: Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

Swiss legislation applies to this contract. In the absence of an amicable resolution of a dispute born between the parties, the Swiss courts will be solely competent to hear it. The legal venue is established in **Bern** (or at the company's headquarters).
